Overall financial and management support is currently provided under contract by Klingbeil, Powell & Alrutz (KPA) of Falls Church, Virginia.
Full-time Park Towers employees dedicated to the condominium include a Resident Building Manager/Engineer and Maintenance Assistant. Other services provided under contract to the Association include elevator maintenance, pest control, grounds maintenance, snow removal, pool staffing/operation, and trash removal.
The Park Towers Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors elected by the Unit Owners. Members of the Board serve terms of two or three years. The Board is assisted in its efforts by various committees composed of resident and non-resident unit owners as well as tenants of the condominium.
